About this apartment rental
Between the Danube River and Lake Constance, the 100 m² apartment Donautal is located in the town of Meßkirch and impresses guests with its modern decor and beautiful, green surroundings. The modern apartment consists of a spacious, sunny living/dining room with a large sofa bed for 2 people, an open, well-equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, 2 bedrooms as well as 2 bathrooms (both with a shower and a WC) and can therefore accommodate from 4-6 people. Additional amenities include Wi-Fi, a television, a washing machine, a dryer and a hair dryer. A baby bed, a highchair and children’s books and toys as well as a playground on the property make this accommodation particularly child-friendly. Furthermore, the apartment boasts a private balcony (45 m2), which is accessible from all rooms, with a cosy lounge corner as well as a dining table and a grill. In the beautiful shared garden you will find a swimming pond where you cool down and unwind at the end of the day. From the kitchen you have a view of Werenwag castle in Donautal, giving you a first taste of the Upper Danube Nature Park.
In under 4 minutes on foot you will reach the 2 closests restaurants and in approximately 20 minutes walking the centre of Meßkirch with a wide selection of restaurants, cafes, bars and supermarkets. Furthermore, the bathing beach in the beautiful lakeside town of Ludwigshafen is a 27-minute drive away.
Parking spaces are available on the property as well as on the street. Bed linens and towels are included in the price.
A charging station for electric cars and e-bikes is available. In addition, two e-bikes can be rented.
The infrared sauna house is available for use by all guests (not included in the accommodation price).

Cons: Leider haben wir nicht die Wohnung ( Bodensee) in der 1. Etage bekommen die wir reserviert hatten. Wir wurden in der 2. Etage untergebracht. Der Vermieter ging nicht auf unsere Wünsche ein, obwohl er gesehen hat, das wir eine gehbehinderte Person mit hatten. mfg Gerd Elle

Wir wurden sehr freundlich von den Eigentümern empfangen. Die Wohnung ist in einem sehr guten Zustand (frisch renoviert), modern und ansprechend eingerichtet. Highlight ist der schön angelegte Naturschwimmteich direkt im Gelände, welcher von den sehr großen Terassen der Wohnungen direkt zu erreichen ist. Die Wohnungen selbst sind sehr großzügig mit 2 Bädern und 2 Schlafzimmern. In 30-40 Minuten ist der Bodensee mit dem Auto sehr gut zu erreichen. In Meßkirch selbst gibt es eine Auswahl an verschiedenen Restaurants und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten. Wir empfehlen diese Unterkunft definitiv weiter.

Cons: Die stark befahrene Straße in der Nähe.
