A special holiday home with three bedrooms and a private sauna, heated by cozy underfloor heating and a wood-burning stove. You stay in bright, sunlit rooms of an exclusive, high-quality house, thoughtfully designed and furnished. Enjoy your break in 120 sqm of living space, ideal for six guests, in a comfortably and elegantly equipped home. Windows have insect screens and shutters. A large wraparound terrace and a spacious garden with playground, fire bowl, barbecue, table tennis, and more are at your disposal. Through a large panoramic window, you can admire the beautiful surrounding nature.

- Kitchen: High-quality fittings with granite countertop and dishwasher
- Dining room: Large table, chairs, bookshelf, board games, radio/CD
- Living room: Wood stove, panoramic window, 3-seater sofa, couch, TV
- Storage: Washing machine, drying rack, cleaning supplies

Upper floor:
- Bathroom: Shower, sauna, WC
- Bedroom: Double bed (1.80 x 2.00 m), wardrobe, safe, armchair
- Bedroom: Double bed (1.80 x 2.00 m), wardrobe, safe, armchair
- Children's room: Two single beds (0.90 x 1.90 m), wardrobe, shelf
For a small child, we provide a travel cot with bedding or a bed guard free of charge. High chairs, stair gates, playground, and outdoor toys are also available at no extra cost.
A small dog (max. 12 kg) may be brought on request for an additional fee per day.

A wonderful week in a beautiful house in the Swabian Alps. This is a really untouristy area but well worth exploring for fabulous cycle tracks, walking and lake swimming - so beautiful and on the doorstep. Also easily accessible location for Black Forest to the West and south to Lake Constance. The house is very clean and really well equipped and its owners are really lovely - helpful and kind. Facilities were all modern and beds really comfortable. The whole family had a great week being outdoors most of the time in gorgeous weather- the garden is well equipped for children, eating, relaxing and the views are beautiful. There is some noise from the wood workshop opposite but this is a little hamlet, nothing industrial and, as in everywhere in the area, the village is spotless and the locals very welcoming.
Great place for the children to practice their German as no other English tourists around although locals happy to speak English! We would all thoroughly recommend it to anyone - especially those who like outdoor life, and hope to return again soon.

The house is very clean, the environment very quiet in the countryside ; Rosemary just visited us once to check if everything was OK and it was the case !
If I have the opportunity, I will go back there.

We had a great time, it's in a lovely little town. There was a misunderstanding with the owners about the number of people staying and they were quite rude when asking for more money but the house is great, and it has everything you need!!
