About this apartment rental
Between the Danube River and Lake Constance, the bright, spacious apartment Bodensee is the ideal accommodation for a relaxing holiday. Located on the ground floor of a 3-storey house, the modern, 100 m2 apartment consists of a living/dining room with a large sofa bed for 2 people, an open, well-equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, 2 bedrooms as well as 2 bathrooms (both with a shower and a WC). The property can therefore accommodate 4-6 people. Additional amenities include Wi-Fi, a television, a washing machine, a dryer and a hairdryer. A baby bed, a highchair and children’s books and toys as well as a playground on the property make this accommodation particularly child-friendly. Furthermore, the private open terrace (45 m2), which is accessible from all rooms, invites you to enjoy some relaxing hours. In the beautiful shared garden you will find a swimming pond where you cool down and unwind at the end of the day. From the kitchen you have a view of the “Imperia”, giving you a first taste of Constance.
In under 4 minutes on foot you will reach the 2 closests restaurants and in approximately 20 minutes walking the centre of Meßkirch with a wide selection of restaurants, cafes, bars and supermarkets. Furthermore, the bathing beach in the beautiful lakeside town of Ludwigshafen is a 27-minute drive away.
Parking spaces are available on the property as well as on the street.
A charging station for electric cars and e-bikes is available. In addition, two e-bikes can be rented.
The infrared sauna house is available for use by all guests (not included in the accommodation price).

Pros: Wir haben einen perfekten Urlaub gehabt! Die Wohnung ist ein Traum. Wir haben noch nie so gut geschlafen wie in dieser Wohnung! Der wunderbare Pool war zwar für mein Kälteempfinden etwas zu frisch, aber unsere Tochter konnte das nicht abschrecken. Die Gastgeber waren super freundlich. Mit dem Auto sind rundherum in alle Richtungen soooo viele Sachen zu entdecken.
Cons: Da fällt mir nichts ein.

Pros: Die Vermieter sind sehr freundlich und unkompliziert. Der Pool ist echt klasse. Das wichtige für die Kinder und Jungendlichen ist die gute Internetverbindung. Die zwei Badezimmer sorgen für wenig stress am Morgen ;-).
