Over all a great experience. Staff was great to work with and fully explaned everything. The condo itself was awesome!!! Fully furnished with everything, pot and pans, dishes, silverware, extra towels and linen, ect. Was very please with the decor, made you feel like you were at home... thanks to all and we will be back...

Wonderful location steps from the ocean. Very clean and quiet. Coastal Properties made the check in and out very easy. I moved to another one of their properties and it was just as nice. The condo was well stocked with the supplies needed for our 2 week stay. Definitely would stay here again.

Property is as close to immaculate as you can get. Lawns are nicely manicured. The condo has two decks that have ocean views and a patio with a BBQ. Very quite location with the calming sound of the ocean. Wonderful location walking distance to the beach bars and restaurants.

When we checked in to the Condo, there was soiled paper napkins on the counter in the kitchen. My husband fixed the upstairs bathroom handle on the toilet. The light fixture to go up the stairs is broken. So you had to climb the stairs in the dark. The couch in the living room, has horrible body odor. I had to buy two candles to try and freshen up the place. The upstairs master bedroom screen door kept falling off. The master bedroom TV has a big black rectangle that comes out on the screen, so that it makes it hard to see the picture, until the TV warms up , it goes away. I will ask for a remodel unit next time we stay here.
