Booked for gig(s) at Ballroom 1 min walk away. So location and price, was ok for what it was. Felt safe, 3 coded locks. Host turned up when I had a door entry issue.
Main door key code entry was not easy to use, mostly due to sun shining on the pad making it impossible to see the numbers.

The room was easy to find, and the checkin process was also seamless. Codes to access the property were sent on the day of arrival. Ideally situated and only a 15 min walk from King's Cross.
The room itself was basic. It had beds, a wardrobe, a side table, and an ensuite bathroom. On a first look, it was clean, but I noticed there were no matress/pillow protectors, and the bathroom radiator was dusty and had water marks on it. The showers power was decent and warmed quickly, and there was no extractor fan in the bathroom, which made it very steamy.
The absence of a kettle and coffee/tea making facilities was noted as I've stayed in similarly priced accommodation in London, and it had been provided. It would have been a nice touch for the price point.
We could also hear other guests arriving/leaving throughout the night. I feel this could be minimised if soft/quiet hinges were on the doors as they do slam quite loudly when closed. Potentially adding a rug in the landing would absorb the sounds of walking, too.
This accommodation is ideal for people looking for a place to rest after a night out in Camden.
No mattress/pillow protectors on the bed/pillows. Bathroom radiator was dusty, no bin liner in the bin, could hear other guests in the property, no tea/coffee making facilities.
