Welcome to our cozy apartment, perfectly situated in Dubrovnik's Lapad area, the modern heart of the city! This private flat in a brand-new building is just a short walk from the Lapad promenade, beach, cinema, supermarket, and local fresh market.
Ideal for couples, solo travelers, or small families, this apartment accommodates up to three guests. The spacious bedroom includes one king-sized bed and one single bed, offering a comfortable stay. The living room provides lounge seating for four, making it a great space to unwind. The fully equipped kitchen includes a microwave, toaster, stovetop, oven, fridge, freezer, and a dining area with seating for four.
Guests have full access to the entire apartment, with public paid street parking available nearby.
Lapad is part of Dubrovnik (actually the peninsula) situated just a few kilometers away from Old Town. The connection with an Old Town is very good and the bus goes very frequently. It is a relatively new part of Dubrovnik compared to the history of the Old town. In the past, it was the residence of local merchants and nobility but now it is becoming the biggest residential part of Dubrovnik. The majority of hotels and villas are situated in this part of Dubrovnik.
Lapad, the area with lots of good restaurants, places to stay, pedestrian areas, and beautiful beaches with magnificent sunsets. Not so crowded as in the Old Town but only 10 min away by a local bus it represents the perfect place to stay (from the accommodation, a super market 100 meters away and a bus stop 150 meters away for a bus that goes directly to the Old City center.)

It doesn’t include a parking spot, so you’ll need to find one for your car.
Everything is just like in the pictures and it’s clean and new.
There is no floor drain in the bathroom. only a drain in the bathtub, so it can be a bit inconvenient if the floor gets wet.
others are just great! host replied fast and the check in instruction so easy to understand.

We had a good time in this apartment. The bus station is right in front of it and the beach also. The kitchen had everything you need and it was very clean. The check-in was easy because it is really good documented how to do it on your own. You always have to be a bit careful with your head, because there is not a lot of space with the narrow ceiling. In the bathroom I wasn't able to stand up straight for a shower.
