De locatie is super leuk. Het zit op een gehorige plek recht boven de terrassen, maar de kozijnen zijn erg goed en geluidsdicht waardoor je hier weinig last van hebt.
Het was erg fijn dat er mogelijkheid tot koken en wassen was. Ook voldoende keuken benodigheden aanwezig.
Het bed en matras is erg verouderd. Ook de douche is niet erg comfortabel.
Het is een beetje onhandig dat je voor het wassen de sleutel in het appartement moet laten om stroom te blijven houden.

The Central House's location is unbeatable whether you take few miles walk around Raches or just 15 steps to an Espresso bar/cafes/shops/mini market and eateries around the corner. Overall the host was very responsive and helpful. Every amenity provided is well thought out, however how they are provided may not be the most convenient way but they are nevertheless available to you. For instance, solar powered water heater (the apartment's main source for hot water) may not produce enough hot water in winter months therefore you need to turn on the supplemental electric water heater. To do that you need to turn on the related breaker in the circuit breaker box. In addition, you need to shut off the water line that comes from the solar water heater and switch to a line that is fed by the electric water heater (thankfully related valve for both is located in the bathroom) The apartment is on the upper floor of an attached older building which comes with certain charm and character. The staircase is somewhat challenging for people that are tall and/or have big feet. Narrow entrance and passageway only allow you to carry one suitcase at a time. The apartment overlooks at the town square and has a balcony with ample space (even better than the pictures). Rooms have high ceilings that make the apartment look bigger and roomier. The apartment gets plenty of natural light.
Upon arrival, the apartment seemed nicely organized with everything put away neatly, however when the time came to use them, it was evident that some of the dishes and silverware had not been double-checked for their cleanliness (grease marks and food residue). The bed mattress was thin and uncomfortable. You felt and heard every single coil every time you move. Investing into a new mattress with set of new pillows with medium firmness and paying closer attention to apartment's overall cleanliness would yield greater satisfaction/appreciation.
