Het uitzicht was geweldig! Door het koele zeebriesje was de airco helemaal niet nodig :) Het was lekker ruim en opstaan was een droom door de ligging aan zee.
Ik vond alles heel fijn. Als tip zou ik geven om alvast een flesje (olijf)olie en zout en peper aan de keukenkastjes toe te voegen; dit hebben weinig reizigers bij zich maar is wel heel handig :)

I traveled with my sister. We enjoyed sitting out on the balcony having breakfast or a cup of coffee taking in all the magnificent views of the sea and the waves crashing against the rocks. The sea breeze blowing into our room was so calming. The kitchen although small had everything we needed to cook with. We walked to Mesaxti beach nearly every day, then we would walk a few doors from us to Astache restaurant a few times for lunch which I highly recommend. One of the best authentic Greek food cooked with local ingredients at this restaurant. After lunch we would walked down the steps to Armenistis beach for sunbathing and a swim. It was great that we could choose any of the two beaches due to the location of our accommodation. Walking distance to Armenistis village was about 15 or 20 minutes. We would sometimes take the short cut walking along the beach. Fotis was kind and pleasant to communicate with. Fotis was also very helpful with our luggage. If we needed anything Fotis was always present. Fotis mother is lovely and would greet us with a smile. A lovely and quiet family.

We hope to one day return from Australia.
I thought the bathroom was very small. But I guess most of the bathrooms are small in Greece. Coming from Australia we are not used to small spaces.

Είναι πολύ καλά δωμάτια στην Ικαρία. Έχουν άνετα μπλακόνια με θέα στη θάλασσα. Γενικά το δωμάτιο είναι εξοπλισμένο με οτιδήποτε μπορείτε να χρειαστείτε. Κοντά στον Αρμενιστή και στη παραλία Μεσακτή.

Η τοποθεσία, η θέα μοναδική, η ησυχία. Ικανοποιητικό το μπάνιο. Δίπλα σε δύο από τις πιο μεγάλες και όμορφες παραλίες του νησιού. Δίπλα στον Αρμενιστή και το Γυαλισκάρι.
Σκληρά μαξιλάρια. Σκισμένη η πετσέτα της κουζίνας που επί 5 διανυκτερεύσεις δεν αλλάχθηκε. Ζήτησα διπλό κρεββάτι και μου δόθηκαν 2 μονά με συνδετικό στρώμα για να καλύπτεται το κενό. Όταν άναβαν τα μάτια της κουζίνας έπεφτε το ρεύμα για 2-3 φορές και μετά λειτουργούσαν κανονικά.
