In the resort 500 m from the centre of Hüfingen, excellent location: right in the centre but still quiet, 2 km from the edge of the forest, from the lake, 150 m from the river. For shared use: property 2'000 m2, well-kept garden with lawn 500 m2, pond. Fireplace. In the house: central heating system. Linen change weekly. Parking at the house. Shop 250 m, supermarket 200 m, shopping centre 250 m, restaurant 200 m, bakery 150 m, café, bus stop 50 m, railway station "Hüfingen-Mitte" 500 m, outdoor swimming pool 700 m, indoor swimming pool, bathing lake "Riedsee" 2 km. Ein sehr gemütliches, großzügiges und sauberes Ferienhaus. Alles da, was man in einem Ferienhaus erwartet. Etwas gewöhnungsbedürftig die Lage an der stark befahrenen Durchgangsstraße. Man ist aber in ein paar Minuten zu Fuß am See, auch sonst alles zu erreichen wie beschrieben. Sehr freundliche Vermieterin!
