About this apartment rental
Rest in the Black Forest. Your holiday destination is located in the Black Forest in the middle of the Southern Black Forest Nature Park in a quiet, sunny south-facing location, at the car ramps east of the Dreisamtal, about 5 km from the center of St. Märgen away. You will find us at Kussenberg 2 in 79274 St. Margen. Comfortable hiking trails, own trails for mountain bike tours in front of the house. A few km to Alsace, Switzerland or to Lake Constance and the famous Europa-Park in Rust. Other destinations include Belchen, the Dreisamtal, Freiburg, Feldberg, Kandel, Schluchsee, Schauinsland, St. Märgen, Titisee In winter, the lifts of the Black Forest attract. We rent our accommodation for 2-5 persons all year round, also on a daily basis. Fully equipped kitchenette, telephone, satellite TV connection, separate entrance, lawn, garden furniture. For families with children, we are happy to provide a high chair, cot and toys. With your guest card, which you receive from us, you travel by bus and train through the entire region for free. The destination for hikers, motorcyclists, bikers, families, couples, singles seniors. What you experience here, you can call ecotourism. You can expect an intact cultural landscape that has been sustainably managed and maintained for centuries. Take a holiday with friends with friends. Meet the people who are close to your heart, that you get to know this unique cultural landscape. Experience a wonderful nature. The soothing lapping of the nearby stream lets you relax and unwind. In the apartments are deliberately no electronic entertainment devices. Even our guest children do not miss the television, because they will deal with our small and larger animals. Similarly, there are not for all mobile networks reception facilities. TV connection is available. Decide for yourself. With us you can travel for free during the whole holiday by bus, train and tram. Simply take the cone guest card with you, you can get it from us - of course for free. The apartment is on the ground floor and has a separate entrance. It can accommodate 2-7 people: living and dining room with fully equipped kitchen and two bedrooms. If required, we provide cot and high chair ready. 2x toilet with shower or bath. NEW: The shower is floor level and spacious. This also allows easy access for guests with mobility disabilities. The modern underfloor heating ensures comfortable living comfort.

We enjoyed out stay a lot. Our friend had a relaxing place to work and we enjoyed discovering thé surrounding area. Good place for hiking, wintersport for beginners and more advanced. Freiburg is a lovely city! I would stongly recommend.

The place is very beautiful and is located between the main atractions of the area which is very convenient.
I am 12 and I spent 5 nights there with my family during the month of September, so I can say that it is defenetly kid and family freindly (there are games and farm animals).
The apartment is very clean and well equiped, including a kitchen and the beds where very comfertable (note: if you are used to larger towels consider bringing your own).
The owners were very kind and freindly and spoke good english and the breakfest was very good (I recomended to order at least once).
I enjoyed it very much and defenetly recomend the place!

The sat-nav brought us straight here and our two daughters and ourselves had a very enjoyable stay. The girls loved the animals and had a great time following Ulrike round as she fed them all. Ulrike was very helpful and speaks quite good English. The flat is very comfortable and clean and suitable for a family. Although there is no freezer in the flat she did offer to keep any frozen goods for us. There is a TV but we couldn't get anything in English bar the news channels. Also if you need the internet, bring your laptop and cable adaptor. The roads around are a biker's dream, lots of hairpins!! There are some little towns nearby with all you might need. A good place to eat is Gasthof Adler, a few miles down the road; with very little German we managed to get excellent steaks and schnitzel! Would definately stay here again because it's in a stunning area and pretty central to all of South Germany. We went to Europa Park, Colmar and drove right round Lake Constance!
