The location was really good -close to the beach. There was plenty of room for us all to sit & chat. It was very clean.
Had to get used to the A frame walls before going up the stairs, but navigated that okay & it wasn’t a problem.

The location was great and it was outfitted with all the basic necessities. It was clean. For 8 people & 1 under 1 year old it was fit for purpose & affordable
Didn't realise when looking on the book a bach app that one of the sleeping areas was a sleepout.
Glad we didn't need the use of the outdoor hoses the water system and instructions were a little much, but to be expected when not on town supply water & considering the drought conditions currently in Northland.
The driveway was a bit overgrown, our big van got scratched up.

Location was so close to the beach - and house well insulated so nice and warm, all beds and furniture were comfortable. Decks had the best views
A bit hard with only one bathroom but thankfully only for a few days

The location was great and the beach was close by. It was peaceful. It was ok for a no frills stay away from home I guess. The outdoor area at the back was nice.
The beds could have been made prior to our arrival. You have to take your own rubbish and recycling away which was a first for me and not ideally something you want to be doing when away for work or a holiday. I thought it was a bit expensive for what you get.
