La situation de l'appartement est idéale pour visiter Annecy à pied d'autant que le stationnement est possible sur le parking de la résidence.
L'appartement est très spacieux.
Le contact par email avec la conciergerie a été facile, les informations précises.
L'appartement est très sombre. Il est nécessaire d'avoir les lumières allumées en permanence. Heureusement les luminaires sont nombreux.
Et nous préfèrerons toujours un contact humain plutôt que de devoir être à 4 pattes sur le trottoir pour récupérer ou restituer les clés dans une boîte au ras du sol !

Die Wohnung ist groß und geräumig, die Betten und die Schlafcouch sehr bequem. Es ist alles da, was man braucht, sogar Spül- und Waschmaschine. Die Lage zum Zentrum und zum See ist sehr gut und fußläufig gut zu erreichen. Auch zum Bahnhof und zum Busbahnhof war es nur ein Katzensprung. Ebenso zum Fahrradverleih. Ein großer Supermarkt ist in unmittelbarer Nähe. Die Kommunikation mit dem Gastgeber war freundlich und zeitnah. Der Parkplatz war für uns prima.
Die Sache mit der Kaution hat für etwas Verwirrung gesorgt. Hat sich aber nach ein paar Rückfragen geklärt. Der Ausblick aus dem Fenster ist nicht ansprechend, die Fenster sind schön groß, aber auch nicht sehr sauber und teilweise schwer zu bedienen. Die Sauberkeit in der Wohnung war okay. Die Zimmer sind recht hellhörig, insbesondere auch die Toilette. Die Müllentsorgung mussten wir uns erst erschließen, da die gelbe Tonne nicht offensichtlich an dem ausgewiesenen Platz stand. Wir mussten einen Hausbewohner fragen. Es gab nur einen Schlüssel- wenn man sich für Unternehmungen trennen wollte, musste man sich deshalb gut absprechen.

Appartment well equipped. Comfortable beds and big spaces
Not super clean. Missing toilet paper. First time one of us showered, all the water came out under the shower door and everything got flooded. They answered our message quite fast but they only passed by the next day wiith new towels and a product to clean the drainage when clearly they needed a plumber. We all had to shower with the minimum amount of water and taking care of not overflowing the shower floor.
