The chalet was truly outstanding - beautiful and functional, with a lovely garden, and a great location between Annecy and Geneva. The kitchen was well equipped for those who enjoy cooking, which we did, partly because decent restaurants were a significant drive.

Spacious and luxurious villa and garden situated half way the moutain, with excellent vue over the valley and surrounding mountain range.
Well equipped kitchen.
Specially the art in and around the house is impressive.
Great service, with bedlinnen included and beds make up upon request. We have certainly enjoyed our stay!

Pauline has a wonderful house to stay in: big, spacious, very well appointed, great facilities, amazing top quality art in many forms, beautiful big safe garden, and the most picturesque views. The base is part way between Annecy and Geneva (unlike described on the various sites). This proved to be far better than staying in Annecy itself. We made one trip to Annecy town - lovely, and one to drive round lake and swim. Having a car and planning to travel, it is five minutes from the Autoroutes North and South, and we drove to Lake LeMan (Yvoire and boat to Nyon), to Montreux (Panoramic train to Gstaad), to Chamonix (trip up Auguille Du Midi - Mont Blanc) and to La Clusaz (Summer toboggan and child friendly stuff). All much easier from this location. There is also a supermarket five minutes drive away for the big practical kitchen. Otherwise it is secluded on a hillside and fabulous for eating and playing in the garden in Summer.
