Very tidy and clean apartment with all necessities and kitchen supplies like coffee and tea and even candy)). All toiletries provided. Rather spacious. Only 15-18 min walk to the city center. 2 large balconies and everything we needed inside. Only 2 flights of stairs to reach the 1st floor. A nice restaurant right across the street and the street is really quiet. Excellent base to visit Annecy and the lake!
Hardly anything)) Perhaps distance to the center could be shorter but then the price would be higher;))

Établissement bien équipé, il y a tous ce qu il faut pour passer un bon séjour
Beaucoup de poussières dans les placards à vêtement dans la chambre mais ce n’est qu un léger détail

Some instructions in english would have been nice.
