The villa you will be staying in is a spacious 7-room residence spanning 240 square meters across three levels. On the ground floor, there is an entrance hall that leads to a room with two single beds (80 cm) and a shower/WC. As you ascend to the upper floor, you'll find a generously sized living/dining room complete with an open-hearth fireplace, a dining table, and satellite TV. Also on this floor is a bedroom with a double bed (160 cm), a separate dining room with a table, and an open-plan kitchen equipped with an oven, dishwasher, four gas burners, toaster, kettle, microwave, freezer, and electric coffee machine, as well as a small dining table. This level also features a shower/bidet/WC. Continuing to the second upper floor, you'll discover a living/sleeping room with a double bed (135 cm), an open-hearth fireplace (decorative only), a dining table, and satellite TV. Additionally, there are three more bedrooms on this floor, each with a double bed (160 cm), and a bath/bidet/WC. The villa is heated with gas.

This was a great place to stay, Diletta was so helpful. She gave us suggestions on places to eat and was very responsive to any questions we had. Would definitely stay here again. The pool was very clean. We were able to walk into Poppi for cappuccino and pastries. Get area for wineries and the Poppi Castle and town around the castle was a fun place to explore.

Our stay was amazing. The pool and house were very clean. Diletta helped us beyond measure from the first time we met her to the last day. House was close to stores, cafes, gelato. We can’t wait to come back!
