'Il Geranio' is a ground floor apartment with access from the garden and swimming pool; it consists of a large room with 4 beds, kitchen / living room and bathroom. It is located next to a large terrace and is fresh and bright. 'Il Geranio' is one of the 4 apartments that the villa makes available to guests, so if it is occupied, other apartments may be available. Located on the south-west side of the Transparent House, its modern style is enriched with furniture from the early nineteenth century. The Geranio living area is characterized by a kitchen with dining corner and sitting area. During the summer months it enjoys the shade of a fragrant vine. The apartment can accommodate 4 people. The adjoining bathroom is spacious, bright and equipped with a laundry room.
Available to guests: swimming pool, park, terrace and sports games such as ping-pong, five-a-side football, pulley, trampoline, swings etc. The park has large trees which provide shade and coolness. The swimming pool is mt. 10 x 5; next to it, a wooden house welcomes games for the swimming pool that guests can use. An outdoor shower with hot or cold water is near the swimming pool. There are spaces furnished with tables, chairs and deckchairs, as well as a sandpit, full of games, for children

Un grand merci à Maria et sa famille pour leur accueil chaleureux et leur convivialité. Toujours disponible et aux petits soins pour leurs locataires. Quel plaisir d avoir partagé des soirées avec vous, à déguster l excellente cuisine de Maria autour de discussions très sympathiques en français. Toujours de très bons conseils pour visiter cette magnifique région, vincenza, véroné venise... et tant d autres belles choses à voir. Nous avons passé un superbe séjour dans la tranquilité de ce lieu et un coin de paradis pour les enfants (jardin, piscine, jeux). Tout pour passer de très belles vacances !

Merci à Maria et Pierrot (ainsi que Marta) pour leur accueil dans ce lieu idéal pour passez de merveilleuses vacances. Nous en avons oublié la mer, avec toutes ces découvertes à moins d'une heure de voiture nous avons profiter pleinement de la région et de ces richesses.
Nous reviendrons avec plaisir dans dans cette location où tout le monde y trouve son compte du plus petit au plus grand, avec de merveilleuses villes à proximité.
Maria vous fera voyager par ces conseils et sa pasta party :-)

Nous avons passé une semaine de vacances de rêve dans ce petit coin de paradis entouré de verdure. L'appartement est charmant et fonctionnel et surtout très bien équipé avec tout ce qu'il faut pour faire la cuisine, un lave-vaisselle et un lave-linge. Mais le meilleur se trouve à l'extérieur!!! Le jardin est magnifique, nos filles de 2 et 5 ans ont adorés les nombreuses balançoires dispersées un peu partout autour de la maison, la tyrolienne, le bac à sable, les poules, la super cabane et bien sûr la piscine!!! Et nous avons apprécié le calme du lieu, l'échange avec Maria Luisa et sa famille ainsi que les autres locataires, la terrasse pour manger et les transats pour se reposer pendant que les enfants jouaient en toute sécurité dans le jardin. En plus d'être magnifique, l'emplacement est idéal pour les visites de la région. Maria Luisa et sa famille sont de très bons conseils et partagent avec plaisir.
Nous recommandons vivement cette location et reviendrons certainement. Un grand merci à Maria Luisa et sa famille pour l'accueil en toute simplicité et le magnifique apéro organisé pour favorisé l'échange entre tous les locataires. Ce fut vraiment une semaine de rêve pour tous!

Wir sind nach der ersten gebuchten Woche gleich noch eine weitere Woche geblieben. Für die Jahreszeit (Anfang September) war es perfekt: wenig Leute und wenig Mücken (ein paar gab es schon noch). Sogar der Swimmingpool war gerade noch auf Badetemperatur und stand uns exklusiv ebenso wie Kater Bippo (ein treuer Geselle zum Kraulen und Schnurren) jederzeit zur Verfügung.
Die Wohnung war hervorragend und praktisch eingerichtet. Hier hat wirklich Alles gepasst. Marialuisa, ihr Mann und ihre Mitarbeiter haben sich herzlich bemüht, uns den Aufenthalt so gemütlich wie möglich zu machen. Wir haben uns richtig wohl gefühlt und kommen gerne wieder.
