Dimora San Francesco, on the first floor (without a lift) of a small building is situated at the vivid University area of the city. The apartment, completely renovated opens directly into a living room furnished with a sofa bed, a dining table with 4 chairs and a flat screen TV.
The kitchenette, equipped with everything necessary for cooking, it is characterized by a balcony with 2 stools, comfortable and practical for a quick snack. The elegant bedroom offers a double bed with bedside tables, lampshades and a spacious wardrobe with a mirror. The bathroom, with the resin flooring is equipped with a shower and a washing-machine. In Dimora San Francesco the light shades and the perfect fusion between modern and antique style predominate and all these, embellished with a painting on the wall depicting an ancient map of the city. The apartment is provided with air conditioning, washing machine, hair dryer, WI-FI and can host up to 4 people.

Nous avons passé 5 nuits en février (3 adultes) dans cet appartement fonctionnel, bien décoré et rénové tout récemment. Notre fils de 19 ans a dormi sur le canapé lit, très confortable.
L'appartement situé au 1er étage d'un petit immeuble est bien situé, assez proche du pont qui mène à l'église San Fermo et au centre historique.
Le seul petit bémol pourrait être le bruit occasionné par le bar situé en dessous.
Mais en février cela n'a pas été un soucis pour nous.

There was no TV Programm in German language available. And only one Wine Glass in the Kitchen.
