Elegant apartment recently renewed close to the Roman Theater and Ponte Pietra with 4 beds and all the comforts.
Only 200 meters from the Roman Theater and Ponte Pietra and just a 10-minute walk from the historic center of Verona, the elegant Dimora Teatro is located on the ground floor of an apartment building.
The recently renovated apartment is furnished in a modern style, but retains some historical elements such as the marble floor and bathroom, the fireplace compartment and the brass frames in the bedroom which give it an extremely elegant look.
The entrance opens onto the open space kitchen and living room furnished with a wooden table with four chairs, a kitchenette with cooking facilities. On the left, the living room is composed of a two-seater sofa bed, chandelier, TV and characteristic fireplace compartment with the distinctive green and white wall as a background.
A corridor on the left leads to a small utility hallway with washing machine on the left and to the bathroom on the right. The bathroom, entirely in elegant white marble, is composed of a large shower, mirror and sink and a large window.
Finally, the bright bedroom is furnished with a large double bed, a large wardrobe with hangers and a chest of drawers.
The apartment is also equipped with air conditioning, microwave, hairdryer and WI-FI.

Despite not being in central Verona it was certainly close enough to easily walk to everything.
Really appreciated the very efficient airconditioning!

Apartment was very comfortable and quiet, despite being on a very busy street. The location was perfect being only a short walk to the centre of Verona and all the major attractions. Provided with a parking permit, we were lucky to be able to park outside the accommodation for the duration of our stay.
