The apartment was spotlessly clean and had all the necessary facilities. The instructions on access was clearly given. It was situated in a great srea for walking to all the sites with great cafes & eating places close by.
The spiral stsircase is steep, so if you have sny walking difficulties it coild be a problem, ,but there is a double sttee bed downstsirs anyway!
I woild definitely recommend staying here if you wantbyo be in the central area of Verona.

Did really like the spiral staircase and I don’t recall it in the advertisement but possibly it was there. I thought the balcony was looking onto street but it was looking onto parking area so a bit disappointed there. The place was clean and well equipped

The property was in a fantastic location with the Arena, Juliet's balcony and much more just a short walk away. We recommend hitting up Amaro for a cocktail or coffee, it is right down the street. As for the apartment it was very clean and had all the amenities we needed, we even cooked one night. The owner was fantastic to deal with and very helpful. The only comment I would say to those think of renting if you’re not good with a spiral staircase this might not be the place for you but if you are it is a great place.

The property was very clean and well located. there is a/c upstairs for sleeping, and a foldable sleeper couch downstairs. The biggest problem is a narrow circular metal staircase that is difficult for a couple in their late seventies, and would also be problematic for an obese guest. We had to leave our suitcases on the ground floor; we could not safely carry them upstairs. The living area upstairs has a large armoire but few flat surfaces downstairs so we were unable to unpack in any kind of orderly way. The tile floors may be slippery.
kitchen is fairly large for an Italian apartment, but only small amounts of basic cooking spices, etc., so be prepared to bring your own. no kitchen towels but plenty of paper towels.
