Facing an olive grove, not overlooked, quiet, detached house with private pool, entrance hall, living room, dining room, 1 bedroom with 2 single beds, 2 bedrooms with 1 double bed, 1 bathroom, 1 shower room, 2 toilets, 1 closed kitchen opening onto an equipped terrace. Sleeping is provided for 6 people max. A security deposit of 1000 euros will be paid on the day of arrival. Cleaning 100 eu.

Absolutely great house with a large pool. The pictures do not do justice to this place. The house has everything you can think of and some more. The village of Valbonne is a gem, very close, great restaurants and people. Terrific vacation, will definitely come back. Thank you Michel and Valery.

We enjoyed the stay in the villa with 5 adults, two parents and kids, very much. The villa has three different terraces where it’s easy to withdraw and is conveniently located. Walking to Valbonne is possible in 20 minutes and a it’s a 30 minutes drive to Cannes and Nice. Michel and Valerie are great hosts.

The villa was perfect for our party of 5 and Michel went out of his way to make us feel welcome. The kitchen is well equipped for cooking and the village of Valbonne is a short distance away with several good restaurants. The air conditioning was good but the house stays cool so it was hardly needed. We would gladly stay again.
