About this villa rental
Near Valbonne village - beautiful country house in a hectare of greenery in absolute calm. The villa is in complete immersion in nature, for your tranquility and your privacy.
The house is composed of a large private parking,
Wifi / Internet - 15 Mbit / s, a living room with its big screen with all international channels options plus free access Netflix, Satellite TV Astra, BeIN Sport.
From a dining room with a large table, the living room and the dining room are open on the terrace, the magnesium pool (fresh water) and its large garden. A beautiful modern and functional kitchen open to the outside living room with no opposite. 3 bedrooms (sleeps 4 to 6)
2 bathrooms. Walk in the forest near a river La Brague.
This pretty country house has an absolute advantage, the village of Valbonne is about 800 meters.
Valbonne is a beautiful and authentic Provençal village, very animated with its festivities, its very good restaurants and its Provençal market with its vegetables, fruits as well as its delicious products of the soil (cheeses, olives, oil ...)
The location is great for a family, with outdoor games like ping pong, badminton, and trampoline.
Inside board games, Wifi access, Netflix and international channels.
All this 15 minutes from Cannes beaches, Antibes, 25 minutes from Nice, and about 40 minutes from Monaco.

We just returned from a two-week stay at this magnificent villa, and we are already dreaming of coming back next year! This property exceeded all our expectations and provided the perfect base for an unforgettable holiday on the Côte d'Azur.First and foremost, Bernadette is an excellent host—very professional and incredibly welcoming. We were delighted to find a chilled bottle of Rosé waiting for us upon arrival—a wonderful and thoughtful touch that instantly made us feel on vacation! Thank you, Bernadette, for taking such good care of us.The villa itself is beautiful, spotless, and fully equipped with absolutely everything you could need. The pool was pristine, Villa secure, and had an electric gate, which was great for peace of mind. The BBQ setup is brilliant! We particularly enjoyed grilling "Gambas" (prawns) purchased fresh from the local fishmonger—a true holiday highlight. The location is ideal. We were an easy 10-minute walk from the charming village of Valbonne. We will truly miss our lovely morning routine of walking the dog into Valbonne to pick up the most delicious fresh croissants and baguettes!The villa is also perfectly situated for exploring the French Riviera. Cannes, Nice, Antibes, Juan-les-Pins, St Paul de Vence, Grasse, and Gréolières were all within easy driving distance, making day trips simple and fun.We spent two truly amazing weeks here and will absolutely be back. Absolutely wonderful week at the villa. It was exactly as described and from the pictures. Lovely to meet the owner Bernadette who was a such a lovely host. It is a lovely setting and short 10-15 min walk to the lovely town of Valbonne. We thoroughly enjoyed our time.

The two of us have just spent the whole of March at this lovely property and can’t recommend it highly enough. The house was very clean and well-presented and we appreciated the special touches when we arrived, like fresh flowers and a bottle of Provence rosé waiting in the fridge. We had perfect communications with the owners, who set up a What’s App group, giving us recommendations for restaurants, golf courses and answering questions by return. On each occasion we met, they were very gracious, friendly and responsive.Bernadette and Jörg even had a new satellite dish installed while we were there to provide us with English channels.It’s a 10 minute stroll into the village, which is terrific with everything on hand, including many pétanque courts where we both watched the locals for tips, and played ourselves.Valbonne is a great location for visiting the whole area - with the beaches of the Côte d’Azur and the gorges and mountains of the Alpes Maritimes reached within half an hour.Our weather was wonderful, with sunshine every day - we had a brilliant time. So did our cocker spaniel, Ellie, who was made welcome in shops and restaurants - it’s super that the French are so accommodating with dogs.We’re looking forward to returning next year and would certainly recommend the property to others.
