Rue du Rocher is perfectly placed in the old village of Valbonne on the Cote d'Azur. With it's own front door from the Rue du Rocher, number 3 is a charming, newly renovated town house, comprising at entrance level open plan US kitchen dining area with views onto the street and leading to the sitting room, with seating area, fireplace, flat screen TV and a guest toilet. Stairs lead up to the first floor with master double bedroom, shower room and a small twin bedroom. Stairs continue up to a second living room/double bedroom. Large Sofa and a fold down wall bed. Large doors leading out to an open roof terrace. Perfect for meals outside or a glass of rose in the evening sun. Extremely rare in a village property, this outside area completes the village experience. A perfect spot for dining or a sundowner or just relaxing...

We loved our stay at this townhouse in Valbonne. It was a great base to explore Valbonne and also a large number of other sites within a short drive. The townhouse was clean, and matched the listing. We really enjoyed the rooftop deck and the kids loved the spiral staircase. Communication with the host was easy and efficient. Parking is no issue as there is a free parking lot within ~100m and a much larger parking lot on the other side of the town (~5min walk). We really enjoyed exploring the local shops and restaurants. Valbonne is beautiful!

Quaint, comfortable multi-level villa in the middle of town with surprising number of excellent restaurants and activities during the week. Easy access to multiple town on the Cote DAzur.Excellent value.
