About this villa rental
This private villa set in its own grounds of 1500 m2 has a large pool, security gates and house alarm. Ground floor: Open plan Kitchen, Dining Room, Sitting Room and TV lounge, separate laundry room, WC and two en-suite bedrooms. The Kitchen is extremely well equipped with American fridge, Nespresso coffee maker, food processor, baby equipment etc. The dining area seats 8 people. The sitting and TV area both have lots of comfortable seating; satellite (Sky) TV, DVD and Wifi. These areas open onto a large patio area with a dining table and 8 chairs, a gas bbq, garden chairs and coffee table. Bedroom 1, large double bed, walk in wardrobe, en-suite and baby cot, opens out onto the patio. Bedroom 2, double bed with en-suite, opens out onto the garden. First floor: Bathroom, WC and two bedrooms (1 double, 2 single beds) both open onto a terrace overlooking the pool. The garden has a great selection of fruit trees and wonderful for exploring! There is ample parking for two or more cars.

The arrival procedure, the facilities, the cleanliness, everything was just fantastic. But a pecial mention for the pool. It was perfect, both in size temp. and the loverly sofa was great.
I would have no reservations recommending this house to other guests. We had a very relaxing week, any queries we had were promptly responed to and the poll was cleaned at least twice during the week we were there, as was the garden. The house was homely and welcomming. There was lots of books, magasines and toys for the kids.

Lovely villa with everything you need and more! Good location for getting into Valbonne. Eunice and Thomas were very welcoming when we arrived.

This was our second visit to this lovely house in Valbonne and we had a fantastic week! The pool is just gorgeous and was the focal point of our stay. Air con in the bedrooms provided a good night’s sleep for us all, and having Valbonne a ten minute walk away meant that we didn’t need a car for our holiday and instead booked an airport transfer. Valbonne has a great selection of restaurants and artisan shops, we ate out every evening in the village square and spent guilt-free days by the pool. The perfect holiday to relax, recharge the batteries and spend some time with the family. We loved it!
