We stayed here for one night during the Venice Carnival weekend as a family of five. The location is fantastic—right in the heart of Venice, making it easy to explore the city in a short time. Considering the price, space, and facilities, we found it to be a good value.
The apartment was clean and had all the necessary facilities for a comfortable stay. However, it doesn’t get much natural light, and the atmosphere isn’t particularly cozy. For a longer, more relaxing stay in Venice, it might not be the best choice. But for a short visit like ours, where we wanted to make the most of our time sightseeing, the location was extremely convenient, and we were satisfied.
Overall, if you're looking for a well-located and practical place for a short stay in Venice at a reasonable price, this is a solid option!
Minor downsides were,
1. The front door lock was quite difficult to open. We had some trouble with it at night, which was a bit stressful. ( However, when we contacted the host, they responded very quickly and sent clear instructions with photos, which helped us unlock the door in the end. )
2. The matres were not very comfortable.

Great spacious apartment. Very clean and comfortable. Close to everything in Venice.
You pay for breakfast, but is not included. You get complimentary croissant and coffee capsule for one morning. Coffee machine didnt work.
