It is in the Main Centre and a close walk to everything such as the Rialto Bridge and San Marco. It's in a really convenient place with restaurants right on your doorstep. When you enter the property though it is very peaceful and serene.
We had a ground floor apartment which was nice and clean, bed was very comfy to sleep in and good facilities.
The only thing for us in our room was the shower. It was next to the toilet and you had to use a broomstick to mop the floor and dry the toilet. It wasn't the best for us but we made do.

Very cozy place, super sweet and helpful host. Does have a washer and dryer rack. Close to all the action yet not in the middle of it.
If you try to take naps during the day, there is a bell tower nearby that goes off every 30mins. It’s not too loud but definitely noticeable.

Location was excellent and the apartment was clean and comfortable. It had a lovely big private courtyard.
The host was not welcoming and appeared like we were an inconvenience. There are quite alot of steps so would not be suitable for anyone with mobility issues or the elderly. The building that overlooked our court yard had window shutters above that are in poor condition and one fell off and nearly hit us whilst we were sat there. This is not the owners fault but I would suggest she contact the owner of the other property as it affects her building and guests.
