Chic and stylish apartment located in a 16th-century building, with panoramic views of Venice and bright windows.
The apartment opens onto a welcoming living area furnished with a sofa and a fully equipped open kitchen. The interior layout is completed by two bedrooms with queen-size beds and a bathroom equipped with a bidet and shower.
The building does not have an elevator.
*Guests can access the accommodation via a numeric code, which they can obtain only after completing the online registration of their IDs, signing the digital rent agreement, and paying the tourist tax via a payment link they will receive a few days before arrival. The code will be active starting from 3 p.m.

We really liked staying in this apartment. It was central and the area was quiet (except for the cats in heat). The building is in the process of installing an elevator, which will really be good.

We enjoyed our stay at this apartment. The beds were comfortable, and it was in a very quiet part of the city, but not far at all from all the sites that we wanted to see and yummy restaurants. Other than the bathroom walls seemed to be a little thin, it was a great place for our stay in Venice.
