It exceeded our expectations
The location is a short walk to all the wonderful areas in Venice.
The staff were exceptionally kind, helpful, and attentive. The apartment is spacious, very clean and very comfortable. A sincere 10/10. Great value for money

Location is great and apartment are good, not new, it needs to be repaired. It was cold in the apartment. We couldn’t turn on the air conditioner. Flat owner wrote me such messages: “It 's November , here in Venice there is ac from April to the middle of October” It's a general thing for the city, we can not control that. And they’d not provide ac remote control. It was cold for me and my child to sleep in that apartment
