Location near tourist attractions and near San Zaccaria for waterbus.
Exceptionally clean and communication with host great. Just as pictures show.
Go to Dal moros ( restaurant and separate take away pasta shop) and the. Venice bakery.
Take insect repellent for mosquitoes.
The outside street looks dingy with graffiti and scaffolding nearby. Once inside it’s a different world. Spotless .

This apartment is a proper find right in the heart of the old town among the narrow alleyways that run through Venice.
It had a large double bedroom and a smaller twin room. The lounge area was large with comfy sofas and a big tv.
There was a smaller functional kitchenette with a microwave, hob, fridge, toaster and kettle. Bathroom had a bath/shower and was spotlessly clean.
Communication with the host was via WhatsApp and he checked in everyday to make sure all was well with our stay and to offer local recommendations if we wanted them. We would stay there again.

Everything was wonderful! Great location, clean and warm, and the host was always available.
The TV on the second floor of the apartment wasn’t working, but it was a very minor drawback.

Everything was as it is advertised. The apartment is very clean and warm, close to all main sites. The host allowed us to check in earlier than scheduled, and on the day when we were checking out we could leave our luggage in a small storage space, which was very helpful. We had a wonderful time in Venice and we are already planning to come back soon!
