Super Blick, Wohnung schön und gut ausgestattet, war perfekt für uns drei
Dadurch dass die Wohnung lang nicht genutzt wurde im Winter, mussten wir die Heizungen entlüften. Dadurch war die Wohnung in den ersten Tagen etwas kalt.

Lage außergewöhnlich, super Aussicht, ideal zur Fahrt mit der Kusttram, guter Erreichbarkeit von Oostende, Zeebrugge und Brugge, netter Vermieter, gute Kommunikation, Kaution wie versprochen zeitlich zurücküberwiesen. Haus wird derzeit saniert, es wird an der anderen Seite begonnen. Keine Auswirkungen auf das Appartement.
