It has a very good location, it was easy to get in.

The bathroom had an unpleasent smell.

Great location! Had pretty much everything we needed. Could store luggage before and after check out which was handy. Fantastic communication - didn’t have to wait long for a reply from the hosts.

Paint work and carpet looked a bit tired so could do with a bit of a freshen up that’s all but otherwise very clean which is the main thing! 😁

We booked a two-bedroom apartment and a studio apartment at Highest Five by Romy & Travis in Bruges for two families traveling with kids, and overall we had a great experience. The property is in an excellent location right in the heart of the historic city. Everything is conveniently close—just a 2–3 minute walk to a Carrefour supermarket, pubs, and other essentials. Bruges train station is also within a comfortable 15–20 minute walk. Both apartments were very clean, well-maintained, and equipped with all the necessary facilities, making our stay comfortable and hassle-free. We would definitely recommend this property to anyone visiting Bruges, especially families looking for a convenient and comfortable place to stay.

Location was good - centrally located on a quiet side street which was nice.

Apartment could have been better appointed - more toilet paper, there was no dish soap for the dishwasher, only a single key provided, etc. Apartment was a bit ratty looking - lots of scuff marks on the walls, floors appeared a bit dirty. We were totally fine with it, but the apartment is up 3 flights of very narrow stairs so it's definitely not for everyone.
