Personale gentile, posizione strategica nel centro storico, struttura comoda e carina. L’appartamento ben arredato e pulito! Al piano strada vi sono macchinetta del caffè sempre disponibile per gli ospiti. Lo staff ci ha permesso di depositare i bagagli prima molto in anticipo al check in permettendoci di visitare un po la città, liberi da zaini.
Da migliorare il sotto lenzuolo del letto sembra molto usurato o comunque di scarsa qualità e il bagno necessita di una tenda o comunque di una porta per maggior privacy, mancava inoltre il tappetino doccia (utile a non scivolare) e una staffa per poggiare gli asciugamani. Piccoli dettagli importanti ma facilmente sanabili :)

La ubicación, tuvimos la habitación en el tercer piso y tenía una linda vista. El espacio de la habitación estaba bien. El baño tenía buen espacio.
Hay que subir las maletas sin ascensor. Queriamos dejar las maletas luego del check-out y no tienen ningún espacio para esto, basicamente la respuesta fue: dejelas ahí en el pasillo. El colchon es muy blando y te puede doler la espalda.

It was close to the centre, easy to find and clean. It had the basic necessities. It also looks very nice.
I think the main issue is that the bathroom does not have a door, which is awkward no matter who you stay with. This can be easily fixed with a sliding door.
The shower in our room also leaked water due to the door not closing properly which made the whole bathroom wet.
The bed is also too soft, it makes you roll into the middle of the bed which is uncomfortable (especially if you’re staying with another person).
