Situation excellente, sur la digue. Bon rapport qualité/prix (qualité pas au top, mais prix abordable).
Porte de la salle de bain qui ne ferme pas, celle d'une chambre qui ne fonctionne pas de l'extérieur (heureusement que on ne l'a pas fermée sans personne dans la chambre...). Les 2 sofas au bout du rouleau. Un bon coup de peinture nécessaire Avec un peu d'investissement, cet appartement serait vraiment parfait.
