Our stay at Adiwana Unagi Suites was easily one of the best resort experiences we have ever had. Nestled in the heart of Ubud, this beautiful tropical retreat delivers on every level. From the moment we arrived until the day we left, we were surrounded by genuine warmth and hospitality from every single member of the team. We arrived late at night, already a bit tired, and the experience only got more memorable from there. The next day, I realised I had left my iPad at the airport. With almost no hope of getting it back, I approached reception with just a lost and found contact number. What followed was something I have never experienced before. The staff went above and beyond, coordinated with the right people at the airport, and ensured my device was safely delivered back to me at the resort. This level of care and ownership is incredibly rare. Beyond that, everything about the resort was top notch. The rooms are beautifully designed, spacious, and finished to a high standard. The bed was extremely comfortable, and the thoughtful touches like the minibar and snacks made the stay even more enjoyable. Every staff member greets you with a genuine smile and makes you feel truly welcome. They were especially kind and attentive towards our daughter, always going out of their way to make sure we were comfortable and relaxed. The food was excellent, the sun lounge area was perfect for unwinding, and the infinity pool was spotless with a stunning view that made it hard to leave. If you are travelling with kids, the pool villa is absolutely worth it and adds an extra level of comfort and convenience. What really stands out about this place is the people. It genuinely feels like the team loves what they do and takes pride in creating memorable experiences for their guests. We would not hesitate to stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Ubud. A big thank you to the entire Adiwana Unagi team for such a wonderful experience.

I'm fairly well travelled and this is by far one of the best hotels I have stayed in. The location is excellent and the pool area is so relaxing. It is quintessentially Bali However, the best part of this hotel is the staff. I have never stayed in a hotel with such attentive and friendly staff, they accommodated all requests we had and the service was so fast. Genuinely some of the best hotel staff I have come across. Thank you to everyone at Unagi Suites for making our stay so memorable The next part is the food- the breakfast is absolutely amazing. The kitchen staff here are talented! Shout out to Dewa in the sky lounge who made our evening so great but he was one of the whole staff who made our stay so excellent Thank you to everyone here, we will remember our stay forever
