This place is just amazing. The whole hotel is extremely well designed and decorated, from end to end with very good taste. Our room was very comfortable, beautiful and very clean. From our terrace we had an amazing view on the lush forest, with the sounds of the river and of the animals. The staff is extremely pleasant, attentive and helpful, all of them (with a special mention to Adi from the restaurant). The restaurant is very nice, and the breakfast is good. The swimming pool area is really nice too. Finally the location is very convenient, at a few minutes walk from the center but in a bubble of quiet, beauty and serenity.

The only downside I can think of is that the room service staff always let all the lights on in our room after trending to it in the afternoon, which, in a period of climate change and necessary limitation of the use of energy, should be avoided.

A stunningly beautiful boutique resort. Walking distance from the centre of Ubud but secluded enough to be very peaceful and quiet. Staff and facilities were once again exemplary.

Everything! This property is an amazing place to stay…stepping away from the busy streets of Ubud. Every detail you can think of is looked after…the grounds and the pool and the restaurant are all spectacular!

Good location - walking distance to Ubud centre about 10 minutes. The grounds were beautiful, traditional meets modern, breakfast was okay you could choose from a selection of menu list items, food at the restaurant was great and we attended the Wednesday night jazz night which was wonderful. The hotel is quiet, we rarely saw other guests. Staff were lovely and helpful

Not a lot of lighting around the grounds at nighttime, it was quite dark walking back to our room at night. High prices at the spa so we didn’t try it. Long walk from the rooms to the pool area. Lots of stairs not disability friendly
