The vibes of the place, decoration, food and staff was world class, I really admire how amazing it was.
Also the room had an amazing japanese bathtub which was the key for everyday relaxation after long trips to explore Bali.
That Bisma Eight staff allowed us to leave and go back to our country!! I would expect a retention plan for more days after the amazing 8 days we had here😊

Everything about this hotel is incredible. The staff is friendly and helpful. Anticipating your needs before you can even think about it. Having breakfast delivered to our room every morning was amazing. The location is perfect. Walking distance to everything you could need in Ubud. The pool (the reason I chose this hotel) was even more amazing than it is in pictures. I wish we would've stayed more nights and I will hopefully return one day!

Well located hotel with a great pool area. I asked to be moved because of noise from cleaners around the vicinity in my garden suite and this was done with minimum fuss. The staff were lovely.
Quite a slippery wooden floor in room and trying to find the right light switches. Bathroom awkward layout due to wooden tub taking up most of the floor space.
