Very friendly staff. Great location (very calm but close to the center of ubud)
The mattress and the pillows were a bit too hard. The breakfast had very limited choices.

The staff was nice. The location very good and accessible. It‘s a very pretty resort with a tropical feel.
There were huge cockroaches and ants in the room.

The room and view were good.
1. Location, which is inside lanes, making it impossible for cars to reach there.
2. I was on second floor and there is no lift/elevator in the hotel.
3. No intercom service, so even for smallest of the requirements, one has to come down and climb two floors.
4. Breakfast was having very few items. Also, the quantity was restricted.
