We kept in communication with mario by phone who met us from the water taxi and took us to the apartment even though we were delayed getting there too

Velence szívében van az apartman, jól felszerelt konyhával, kényelmes ágyakkal, két fürdőszobával. Laura végtelenül kedves volt, várt a S. Samuele vaporetto-megállónál és elkísért a szálláshelyre, mindent megmutatott, elmagyarázott. Fantadztikusan éreztük magunkat.
A fürdőszobát nem ártana kicsit felújítani.

Really good location, very good amenities, warm and welcoming.
The loft bedroom had a disguised small tiny step which is not seen visually, so perhaps a rubberised triangle pad so that it became a small slope? We had several trips on this and a fall with 4 of us affected with it. Otherwise lovely space.

The second room only has 1 twin bed . They advertised it was 2 twin beds . The room upstairs has a low ceiling and tight stairs .
