We loved the apartment and the host's hospitality. The apartment is very clean and comfortable! Location is good. On a quiet side alley in a busting area, it's perfect for us!

As with most buildings in Venice, there's no elevator. It's quite a climb to the penthouse unit. But we dont have any issue with this. Just make sure you're able to carry your luggages up the stairs.

The apartment was really clean and extremely well located in a building near San Marco with cosy facilities. Andrea was a great host. They even let us stay a bit longer after checkout before our flight.
The only weak point that I found was the heating system (air -based) but that is normal in Venice.
