The location of this property is simply amazing, close to the main attractions in Venice. The host was incredibly helpful and welcoming, totally recommend.

The bed and the pillows are not the most comfortable. There were some sensors (smoke maybe) placed very high close to the ceiling that were making a lot of intermittent light during the night, so if you’re a sensitive sleeper, take this into account.

An excellent apartment and a great base for exploring Venice.

Stayed in the large deluxe room overlooking the court below. It's very clean, air conditioned and not too far from the water taxi. Would definitely return. Amazing restaurant right outside. 15-20 minute walk to San Marco. Bed and the sofa bed were both comfortable. There are several rooms to rent in the building and they are on the second floor. You will have to carry your luggage up and down. Quiet location with a gondola stand in the court outside the rental. Communication was great and they arranged for a water taxi to pick us up as well as one to take us to the airport. Very helpful. There is a microwave, refrigerator, dishwasher and washing machine. No dryer but they provided a rack to hang your clothes on to dry. There is a safe in the cabinet. B by I BB

Carrying things up and down the stairs without a lift could be tiring but that's Venice.
