Location is super good, just near everything, the staff is really friendly and the bed was very comfortable!!!
We have chosen the option with breakfast included, but as a vegan couple there was nothing for us...
I would recommend you to upgrade it so we don't have to pay extra for nothing 😉

The Hotel is well located, only a few minutes from Commerce. The room was quiet and comfortable. Good shower/good wifi and very good breakfast.
There was a problem with the room when I first entered but fortunately, staff were able to sort it. It was a basic room, not an upgrade that I was expecting. Storage facilities are limited and the lower part of the glass "cube" is not readily accessible.

The hotel and our room was tastefully decorated, the staff was friendly to me and my dog. I enjoyed their lounge space with complimentary coffee, tea, and both sparkling and still water.
Nothing, it was centrally located, perfect for exploring the city.

Centrally located - within walking distance of the university along with various restaurants, cafes etc. Room was clean and tidy. Good shower. Breakfast decent also.
AC was not working throughout my stay and it was a hot summer week so room could get quite uncomfortable at night. They did provide a fan which helped somewhat. Moved to a different room after the first night but AC there did not work either. Staff were apologetic and did compensate me by refunding one night's stay. Room could do with a tea/coffee station and a couple of bottles of water. More hot options with breakfast would be nice also. Overall, this hotel is ok but I would not say it is 4 star really - 3 star max.
