Location was fabulous. Staff at reception and the bar were extremely professional and good humoured. They really added to our trip.

It was very central to everything. The front lobby was beautiful
The lift was broken and the pillows were very poor quality

Nice property….. room good size
Terrible to get too… no parking, in the middle of a very busy city spent over an hr just trying to find it!!!!!
