It was very well located, the staff was lovely, it was very clean and spacious and had all the amenities we wanted, nice city views, great decor and a really good breakfast if a bit expensive (but the express option was great for me as I don’t really eat a big breakfast). Overall an amazing experience :)
The TV wasn’t smart/ the screen mirroring option was not working, and there is one speaker in the lobby that wasn’t working well and made the music distorted and sound bad, other than that everything was perfect!

It was a great location, and the staff were helpful and charming.
It was quite a challenge for us to get to the hotel as we were not aware that we needed a code to access the property. It would’ve been helpful to have the address of the spot as well as directions for lowering the barrier so we could drive to the hotel and drop off our luggage.

The room was a very comfortable size, including a spacious bathroom. The large windows provided lots of natural light and the large cupboard had plenty of space to store clothes and luggage. A couple of drawers would come in handy as well as some hooks in the bathroom.
There was a complementary bottle of apple juice. We would rather have had a bottle of water. We could not regulate the temperature inside the room. It was too hot and a little uncomfortable during the night.

Location and cleanliness
We were on the second floor, the colour scheme is black, and I mean black. Black walls and carpet. Poor lighting. No where comfortable to sit in the room. Even if you wanted to it would be like sitting in a cave.
