About this house rental
Flat dedicated to responsible family/couples for holidays. We do not accept youth groups for events or parties.
Completely renovated in 2015, two-bedroom apartment, exposed beams, ideal for a family or a couple with a child (possibility of a free cot), or groups of friends.
Perfect walking distance to the center of Florence (a tram stop to the train station) in the city, out of the limited traffic zone (also easily accessible by car).
The old town is within walking distance (10 minutes), 5 minutes from the largest city park (Le Cascine) and near new theater (Opera di Firenze), very close to Stazione exhibition space Leopolda.

There was everything we needed and more. Amazing apartment with all the things you need. Fabulous bed, extremely comfortable. Prestige us clean linens.Very very clean and most excellent. Perfect anyone visiting Florence. The location was so good. We would certainly use it again should we return.Five minute walk from train station. Walkable to all. L'appartamento è ben posizionato, a pochi minuti dalle fermate della metro e dell'autobus! Facilissimo da raggiungere a piedi in 10 minuti anche il centro di Firenze e i principali monumenti..
L'immobile è pulito, in ottimo stato e la cucina è ben arredata.
Padroni di casa gentilissimi e disponibili, che ci hanno dato alcune dritte per raggiungere il centro e i monumenti..
L'esperienza è stata meravigliosa, sperando in un prossimo ritorno in questa bellissima città!!

Bellissima vacanza! L'appartamento a pochi minuti dal centro e comodissimo per raggiungere autobus e tram. L'appartamento bello, pulito.. proprietari gentilissimi, simpatici e disponibilissimi.
