Loft Rustico

This property is quite far into a residential area, so it was quiet and away from big crowds which I really liked. There is a bar, restaurant and supermarket nearby which me and my partner took full advantage of while staying here. There is a washing machine which was very handy for us because Florence was a stop for us after we had been to Venice and our clothes needed a refresh. There is cleaning supplies provided here and it is very comfortable, the tv is also a smart tv so you can watch Netflix, Disney, etc. if you wanted a day in. The apartment is also very close to bus stops and a train station (le piagge). Our host was also amazing and super helpful with any questions we may have had! I would definitely recommend this place, and come back again.

The only things I have to say is that the bed is right next to the door, which was slightly uncomfortable for me. When I booked this stay originally the bed was upstairs, and was only recently changed, it’s not a major problem but there were pretty bright streetlights outside the front door that made it hard to sleep, as well as the bed being slightly bumpy. Another thing is that the main window doesn’t have any proper curtains on it, the curtains are mesh which meant that anyone walking past could most likely see inside, so I found that a little uncomfortable. Also if you’re looking for somewhere local to tourist attractions I wouldn’t suggest here. It is about 50 minutes away from the centre by bus but the bus is nearby. We wanted somewhere a little further out so we could relax and visit the city when we wanted to.
