Very close to metro station, you can connect to many different lines.
Lots of cafes, restaurants around, in a walking dıstance.
Safe neighborhood, even at night.
You have to climb 1 floor of steps to reach the reception and the lift - it may be a minor difficulty for carrying luggages.

As most Paris hotels, the rooms are small. So don't keep your expectations high, Enjoy what you have. This is a good hotel at a good location and that is the most important thing.

The front desk person was very helpful. The room was clean but very old. They only had top sheets with a very old and used blanket.
The property advertised parking but we had to pay 20 Euro / day - and it was a block away. Each time the guy at the front desk had to go with us to get the car out.
In order to get to the rooms you have to first go up a steep flight of stairs and only then there was elevator access
The first night there were two tiny towels in the bathroom and they wouldnt give us any more - so the floor got wet and we had no extra bathmat to put down
