The location and the setup. The shared room that allows you to have something to eat or a drink easily was a boon and saved us eating out all the time. Having a fridge in the room really helps too.

The location is perfect. Basically in front of the train station, and a short walk to the city center. Debby was really welcoming and helpful giving many tips and suggestions about what to do. The hotel offers tea, coffee and fruits in the comum area. Really comfortable bed, also big room.
Bathroom is quite small, but the shower amazing. Can be a bit noisy if you stay in a room facing the street.

Easy to check in and check out. The location was perfect 20 steps from the door to the tram stop. Easy access to city and airport
Shower head was a little loose so fell down mid shower. Other than that there was nothing wrong with the room or facilities

The room was small but very efficiently planned out. Hotel location was excellent. Extra items like ironing boards etc were easily availalble from the common room.
I wish there was a manual lock on the inside of the door for peace of mind.
