The location was very convenient as we were attending the Six Nations Rugby at Murrayfield Stadium. The hotel hosted a supporters tent on the property, which was fun.
The breakfast service was good.
We were disappointed with the standard of the room we stayed in in relation to the photos that was advertised. The room looked very shabby, carpet was marked and dirty, coffee station (or lack there of) was terrible. Shower had no door and water went all over the bathroom floor.
Hotel was very noisy, and every time someone opened the hotel front reception door, we heard the bang. Had to sleep with noise canceling earplugs all night.
Hotel is expensive for what you get.
