Great staff and excellent breakfast included.
Room was spotless and ample lighting
No drinking water in the room and the windows did not open far which was not useful during a very warm day

Right next to zoo, had everything we needed and comfortable bed
Lovely bar area and great coffee
Decor a bit sad and dated breakfast expensive and although said it ran til 9.30 they stopped restocking and started clearing before that
