Great location and wonderful service by the staff! Everyone was very helpful and nice. It takes about 15-20 minutes to walk to the Edinburgh Castle.

Perfect position, very near the bus stop.
Quiet area. Spacious and comfortable room, we really enjoyed our stay and look forward to come back.

Beautiful period property, clean, nice position. Unfortunately we had some issues that weren’t dealt with properly or resolved. No heating working in bedroom in late December was main issue! Shower scratched whilst being used and would be hit and miss,
If issues had been dealt with no dislikes except!! When we had an issue the general manager hid in his office and sent a poor member of staff to deal with it and had to go back and forth like a messenger boy. Poor management and very unprofessional with problems we had.
