Location was excellent. Staff was very helpful. Lucca is beautiful.

Location
Overpriced - we paid £179 but the room was a 3 star at best - small and it felt like we were given the worst room. On checking we were not given a thorough introduction to Lucca like a talk of the local sights, city map and recommendation of places to see / eat. We witnessed other customers receiving this when we checked out !!
No room service was available when we arrived after a 5 hour drive.
