The rooms are modern and the property is very close to the station. Everything is at walkable distance. The staff was very helpful, friendly and welcoming.
They have a nice lounge area to chill and relax as well as luggage storage option is available.
We loved our stay and will definitely choose the same next time we visit Florence.

Great location, comfortable bed, clean. Large shower and window in the bathroom. Easy walk from the train station. Large common area provided water and coffee :)

Bedding was good for a party of 3.
Ventilation in room was bad. Towels were not drying. When you walk in the front doors it was disappointing. Dark and like a basement.
